Sakata is pleased to introduce the exciting Carnation F- 1 Can Can Scarlet, a 2003 double winner, having received honors from both All America Selections and Fleuroselect.  Carnation F- 1 Can Can Scarlet is a great garden performer that flowers from mid spring and well into summer.  It has excellent basal branching, strong stems and grows to about 18 inches (45 cm). Can Can Scarlet produces a nice top spray with lots of flowers and stems, perfect for cutting and making a garden bouquet.  The flower color is a bright scarlet and the flower size is 2 inches (5cm) in diameter. The flower shape and the quality of the flowers are similar to a commercial cut flower carnation.
